                              Dosage: 12g per liter or 3g for a 30cl cup

                              Water temperature: 95°C

                              Infusion time: 5-10 minutes

                              Prepare your mate in a gourd:

                              Dosage: 20g of mate in a gourd

                              Temperature: 95°C

                              Infusion time: 5 to 10 minutes / multiple infusions throughout the day.
