Korea , its unique green tea .

Originally managed by Buddhist monks, Korean tea , mainly green, is sometimes difficult to find due to production being fully consumed by Koreans and prices often prohibitive. Mainly cultivated in the southern provinces of the country, Jeolla , Gyeongsang or the island of Jeju-do , Korean green tea is certainly halfway between the worlds of Japanese green tea and Chinese green tea. Its unique roasting process makes it a sweet and mellow tea and gives it notes of marine , cooked vegetables and sometimes nuts. The famous umami flavor is also often present. Korean green tea is a true taste journey, like our spring Sejak .
