Description of this Chinese dark tea cake:

This excellent vintage reveals rustic and authentic flavors of damp wool, leather, stable, and damp wood. Prepared using the traditional Gong Fu Cha method.

Measure 7-8g of tea for 150ml of water. Rinse the tea 2 to 3 times with 95°C water, then steep successively for 20 to 30 seconds each until the tea has exhausted its flavor potential. Your tea will gradually reveal its flavors.
