Kairbetta Winter, Frost Tea
Rare and harvested during the January frosts, Kairbetta Garden's "Frost Tea," similar to Darjeeling teas, offers notes of toasted nuts and orchard fruits. A lovely length on the palate with notes of hazelnut and walnut.
How to prepare your black tea properly:
Dosage: 12g per liter or 3g for a 30cl cup
Water temperature: 95°C
Infusion time: 4 minutes
