Description of this dark tea cake:
Made from wild tea plants in the Doi Wawee mountains at an altitude of 1000m. Stored at an altitude of 1200m near Doi Mae Salong since 2011.
To be prepared according to the Chinese method of Gong Fu Cha
Measure 7-8g of tea for 120-150ml of water. Rinse the tea 2 to 3 times with 95°C water, then steep successively for 20 to 30 seconds each until the tea has exhausted its flavor potential. Your tea will gradually reveal its flavors.
