During a trip to Darjeeling in 2017, the founder of Maison un air de thé, Grégory Lehoux, planted tea bushes with several of his tea friends. We are proud of this vintage with its aromas of white flowers, orchard fruits, and a sweet hint of spice.
A delight with a long aftertaste.

How to prepare your Darjeeling tea correctly:

Dosage: 12g per liter or 3g for a 30cl cup

Water temperature: 95°C

Infusion time: 4-5 minutes

- Gourmets, let yourself be seduced by the game of pairings in our "Tea and Food workshops". The surprising marriage of original teas with traditional cheeses or great cocoa vintages , offers your taste buds an extraordinary experience with absolutely unique flavors.

Fidèle à sa description, j'ai aussi trouvé un goût de miel et des similitudes avec un thé blanc Bai Mu Dan (mais comme je l'ai déjà mentionné dans un autre avis, je ne suis pas un expert).
Il est pour moi le thé d'un moment partagé l'occasion d'une confidence ou d'un échange philosophique avec une personne choisie.
Il accompagne avec bienveillance les instant suspendus, ces silences empreints de douceur que l'on peut vivre avec des amis auprès d'un feu.
Un Air de Thé a raison d'en être fier et j'en profite pour les remercier de leurs thés et services.
Je mets toujours le maximum d'étoiles car le thé c'est une question de goût et que je ne sais pas comment remercier les personnes qui récoltent, entretiennent le thé et toutes celles qui me permettent d'accéder aux plaisirs et bienfaits d'une infusion.
