Original tea - Japan - Cultivar Yabukita, Kirishima region, Kagoshima.
Often compared to the renowned Tamaryokucha, Guricha is closer to Sencha but has twisted leaves rather than needles. A tea rarely produced in Japan, it seduces with its mild flavor, less astringent than Sencha.
How to prepare your green tea properly:
Dosage: 12g per liter or 3g for a 25cl cup
Water temperature: 75°C
Infusion time: 2-3 minutes
Prepare your tea in three infusions (Japanese method):
Dosage: 5g /20cl
Water temperature: 75°C
Temperature: 60s/5s/45s
Prepare your tea by cold infusion:
Dosage: 10g / 1l
Water temperature: 4-6°C
Temperature: 2 to 4 hours
