Description of Chinese tea:

This superb white tea, with its downy buds and beautiful wild leaves, reveals notes of ripe grapes and cut grass. A delicate and thirst-quenching cup.

How to prepare your white tea properly:

Dosage: 12g per liter or 3g for a 30cl cup

Water temperature: 65°C

Infusion time: 7 to 10 minutes

Un Bai Mu Dan fruité et herbacé

Un Bai Mu Dan fruité et herbacé. Beaucoup de sucrosité. Il se révèle pleinement à la 2e infusion et tient ses promesses sur les suivantes. Je me suis arrêtée à la 4e, en allongeant de 10 à 20 secondes à chaque réinfusion.
Je l'ai préparé au gaiwan : 3 g de feuilles pour 12 cl d'eau à 85 °C.
Sur votre emballage, vous évoquez une note de raisin que je n'aurais peut-être pas détectée seule: en tout cas, cela change des notes abricot-pêche habituelles.
Pour la note sucrée, plutôt sucre de canne.
Une excellente découverte.
