How to use your tea knife?
A tea knife is an essential accessory for separating compressed tea leaves. This utensil allows you to separate the tea leaves without breaking them. Insert the thin blade of the tea knife into the edge of the cake and repeat this movement all the way around the cake. You will then feel clumps detach. When brewing tea, select only the leaves and leave the tea dust aside.
