The Pu Erh tea family is certainly one of the most astonishing and diverse of all.

Extremely renowned and consumed for its digestive properties and its " fat-burning " effects, Pu Erh tea is manufactured using several techniques with different degrees of oxidation and fermentation on its leaves. This gives Pu Erh teas the possibility of keeping and aging, as with our wine, with many variations in character. Fresh, floral and lively on the palate for a Sheng cha green Pu Erh tea , called young or raw, or round and velvety with strong notes of undergrowth for a Shu cha dark Pu Erh or Puer tea , called fermented or old.
