This essential step in the production of black tea reveals its full flavor. Black tea is ideal for breakfast or brunch . Among the most famous are Ceylon black tea , Chinese red tea from Yunnan , and the famous Indian black tea from Darjeeling.

                          Dosage: 12g per liter or 3g for a 30cl cup

                          Water temperature: 95°C

                          Infusion time: 4-5 minutes
