How to prepare your infusion properly:

Dosage: 12g per liter or 3g for a 30cl cup

Water temperature: 95°C

Infusion time: 5 minutes

This fruity infusion can also be prepared cold:

Dosage: 10g per liter

Water temperature: infuse in cold water

Infusion time: let infuse for 2 to 8 hours in your refrigerator

This fruity water does not contain theine.

You can enjoy it all day long.

The other infusion technique.

In order to get the maximum benefits from a plant, it is sometimes recommended to practice decoction .
