These beans have been carefully selected by Hasnaâ Chocolats Grands Crus , then sorted by hand, roasted, crushed and conched in its workshop located on rue Fondaudège in Bordeaux in the purest “Bean To Bar” tradition.
These beans come from Nicaragua. Hasnaâ has taken particular care in the processing of these beans to best reveal the aromatic notes associated with Japanese green tea: Hojicha .
