                          In just 80 years of tea history, Kenya has become the world's leading exporter and third largest producer of tea . Kenya focuses primarily on the cultivation and production of black tea , with 98% of this reserved for CTC tea. However, despite a confidential reputation, Kenyan tea offers great consistency and some gardens like Marynin offer very high quality.

                          This highland tea, harvested in April, offers a robust cup, rich in woody and spicy aroma.

                          How to properly prepare your Kenyan black tea:

                          Dosage: 12g per liter or 3g for a 30cl cup

                          Water temperature: 95°C

                          Infusion time: 4 minutes

The parallel with wine will undoubtedly guide you into the rich world of original teas .

                          - Gourmets, let yourself be seduced by the game of pairings in our "Tea and Food workshops". The surprising marriage of original teas with traditional cheeses or great cocoa vintages , offers your taste buds an extraordinary experience with absolutely unique flavors.
