                      With a Sino-Taiwanese influence in the 70s, supported by the support of the royal authorities, notably with the " Royal Project " which encouraged to slow down the cultivation of poppy, the cultivation of tea developed in the north of the country. With a fairly limited production but of a very good quality , Thailand today produces excellent green teas and Oolong teas and even some very good black teas . Our three teas from Thailand are proof of this.

                      Description of Thai tea:

                      Superb wild high-altitude tea with tawny leaves. Its sweet character expresses beautiful floral and fruity notes. A colorful and authentic discovery from a magnificent tea region.

                      How to properly prepare your Thai white tea:

                      Dosage: 12g per liter or 3g for a 30cl cup

                      Water temperature: 60°C

                      Infusion time: 5-10 minutes

The parallel with wine will undoubtedly guide you into the rich world of original teas .

                      - Gourmets, let yourself be seduced by the game of pairings in our "Tea and Food workshops". The surprising marriage of original teas with traditional cheeses or great cocoa vintages , offers your taste buds an extraordinary experience with absolutely unique flavors.
