Jun Chiyabari - Black tea from Nepal
Regular price €43,00 Original tea - Nepal - spring harvest
Description of Nepalese black tea:
The Jun Chiyabari Himalayan garden is renowned for its high-quality, organic, non-intensive cultivation. Similar in character to Darjeeling teas, this "Grand Cru" with its soft, brioche-like texture offers rich notes of exotic fruits and peach. A great tea!
Due to the very limited supply of this tea and its very high price, we have not completed the organic certification process with Ecocert. This tea still comes from a fully certified organic plantation.
How to properly prepare your Nepalese black tea:
Dosage: 3g for a 25cl cup
Water temperature: 95°C
Infusion time: 4-4.5 minutes
Recipe ideas: cook with tea!
Aromatic note: natural tea
