Small in size but a large and beautiful address in terms of know-how, finesse, and indulgence. Café 750 is a Korean pastry shop created in Bordeaux in 2020 by a young couple. The talented pastry chef Seongmin Hong prepares many delicious Korean recipes every morning. When the tea room opens its doors around 1 p.m., the windows are full of crispy cookies, magnificent Korean cakes with soft sponge cakes, melting madeleines, and other kawaii-shaped sweets... But don't delay in tasting them because many gourmets know this beautiful address. Sit upstairs in this intimate tea room, the room offers a beautiful view of the Bordeaux quays, or order your pastry and drink to go to enjoy them in a park or on the banks of the Garonne.

Pastry chef Seongmin is a true artist! She makes superb Korean cakes 도시락케이크 , this cake is made up of different soft sponge cakes covered with light creams and garnished with fresh fruit. They come in individual versions called Bento cakes or Dosirak cake in Korean. They are decorated with flowers or fruit!

The Bungeoppang
Beautiful fish-shaped waffles traditionally filled with red bean paste! This popular pastry originated in Japan, where it's called Taiyaki. If you travel to Korea, you'll encounter many Bungeoppang vendors on the streets! At Cafe 750, Seongmin occasionally offers these waffles filled with cream or sweet red bean paste.

The freshness of Bingsu
This is a very old recipe that appears from the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910), this dish is reserved for an elite. The ice is grated and the flakes called Bingo 빈고 are mixed with fruits. The first Bingsu are not sweet or dairy, it is not until the 20th century with the American and Japanese influence that this frozen and refreshing dessert transforms into an ultra-gourmet ice cream sundae. At Café 750, the bingsu recipes are numerous and the most difficult will be to choose between the chocolate bingsu, seasonal fruit bingsu, red bean paste bingsu and Matcha bingsu...
