Tea recipe "a taste of tea"
Pumpkin and Christmas Tea Muffins
for 8 muffins
Ingredients :
- 200g of pumpkin
- 2 apples
- 100g of sugar
- 100g of butter
- 100g of almond powder
- 80g of buckwheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of guar gum
- 10g of Christmas Star tea "a taste of tea"
Preparation of the recipe:
1- Infuse 10g of "Christmas Star" tea in 400ml of water at 95°C for 10 minutes. Filter this well-concentrated tea.
2- Peel the pumpkin and apples and cut them into pieces.
3- In a saucepan, melt the pumpkin in 300ml of tea.
4- In a second saucepan, cook the apples in the remaining tea, turn off the heat when the apple pieces are soft but still whole.
5- When the pumpkin has completely melted, add in order while stirring, the sugar, butter, almond powder, buckwheat flour, eggs, apples and the spoonful of guar gum.
6- Pour the batter into muffin molds and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
7- Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
