Ingredients for Hojicha Tea Dessert Creams

1l of milk

2 egg yolks

80g of sugar
-
50g of cornstarch
Preparation of Hojicha tea dessert creams
1- In a saucepan, pour 80cl of milk with the tea. When the milk is hot, turn off the heat, cover and let it infuse for 20 minutes.
2- In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, cornstarch, and the remaining 20cl of milk. Sift the cornstarch to avoid lumps.
3- Strain the tea and stir it into the rest of the mixture. Pour the cream into a saucepan and thicken over low heat.
4- Fill your small pots or ramekins and let them rest in the fridge
