How to make a vegan, coffee-free Pumpkin Latte?
Pumpkin latte, a delicious and comforting drink, but be careful not to consume a sugar bomb at snack time! Today, we offer you a healthy recipe, made with fresh produce, good spices, and soy milk for a vegan version. Sweet tooth alert... Enjoy it alone or with carrot cake. Yes, these two go together perfectly!
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE TWO MUGS OF PUMPKIN LATTE

150g cooked pumpkin (steamed)

2 tablespoons of coconut sugar

1 tablespoon of honey

500ml of unsweetened soy milk

Optional: tonka bean, ground cinnamon, etc.
PREPARATION OF HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS HOMEMADE PUMPKIN LATTE
- Steam the pumpkin with the skin on (it will be much easier to remove it once cooked)
- Pour 500ml of soy milk into a large saucepan and add 10g of Ayurveda Chai herbal tea . Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the now spiced soy milk.
- In a saucepan, combine the pumpkin, spiced milk, sugar, and honey. Heat over low heat.
- Pour the mixture into two mugs.
- You can sprinkle your pumpkin latte with cinnamon and tonka bean if you like.
